Hotel-Restaurant “Iberia Palace” is the first high-class hotel in Zugdidi, located in the heart of the city and has been successfully operating since 2015.

In 2023, we carried out large-scale renovations, and since 2024, the completely renovated “Iberia Palace” has been hosting guests again.

The building’s facade was renovated, a unique and beautiful panoramic elevator in the city was installed, renovation work was carried out in all hotel rooms, equipment and other inventory that had suffered wear and tear were updated, and the hotel’s reception was completely renovated.
